I’ve stopped documenting all of the impeachable crimes of President Marx.  There are so many of them and they happen so fast I can’t keep.  But this one stands out from the ever lengthening list of crimes.

According to my copy of the Constitution, only Congress has the right to declare war.   The President does not.  President Marx is blatantly and openly committing acts of war, not only without the approval of Congress, but contrary to their expressed desire.
