The bribe referred to is Barack Obama’s acceptance of the $1.4 million of Nobel Peace Prize money.  The Nobel Peace Prize recipient was chosen by members of the government of Norway and it was specifically and clearly given to Obama not for what he had done, but for what they wanted him to do. Geir Lundestad, secretary of the Prize committee said they gave him the prize because he “put the accent on international cooperation, the United Nations, dialogue, negotiation, the struggle against climate change and disarmament.” In other words, these are the kinds of things they wanted him to do more of. Struggle against climate change, lay down his arms, and chat with the United Nations. Mmmm. Mmmm. Mmmm.

Obama accepted the $1.4 million dollar bribe.  He gave the money to charities, which was an attempt to make himself look good.  The point is that he took possession of the the money and controlled how it would be used.  He benefited from the money by spending it on something that might improve his image, duh!
