The San Francisco Chronicle featured a story about a lesbian couple where were suing to get federal insurance benefits.  A federal judge in the 9th Circuit Court order the Feds to given insurance benefits to the lesbian wife.  The Obama administration refused to comply.  A federal law exists that forbids the feds from recognizing homosexual marriage.  The Obama admins couldn’t support the judge because of the existing law. 

The thing I find most surprising about this is the fact that this federal judge told the Feds to give the insurance, even though it is so obviously illegal that even the radical leftists in the Obama administration couldn’t swallow it.

The bad news is that Obama has probably moved this judge to the top of the list for the next Supreme Court Judgeship.
