After digging up a lot of articles for HellcatRepublican.com, I finally got a handle on what is going on in Washington, DC.  Addressing the illness in Washington is like addressing any other disease.  Putting a name on it helps a lot.  After you get a clear diagnosis of which disease you have, you can treat it effectively. 

The US government and the American way of life are being assaulted by Barack Obama and his band of merry Maxist mobsters.  They are trying to destroy our deist democratic representative republic, to replace it with a socialist faux republic.  

Barack Obama & company are trying to destroy the Constitution.  There is no other name for what they are doing.  It is a coup d’état.

The Founders knew about socialism 233 years ago.  They didn’t have the modern name ‘socialism’ but the knew what it was; just another flavor of what they called Tyranny.  

The Founders wrote the Constitution with the intent of preventing Tyranny in whatever flavor from taking over our government.  The Constitution was designed from the ground up to prevent socialism from taking hold. 

Today’s coup is not the usual sudden and violent military coup, rather it is a slow and considered erosion of our rule of law.  The socialized medicine bill for example is clearly unconstitutional.  Every time Democrat lawmakers are asked about the constitutionality of their socialized medicine bill they always give non-answers.  They know that what they are doing is contrary to the Constitution, and they are pushing the bill through anyway.  They don’t care about the Constitution that they swore to defend and protect.  For them, the Constitution is just an impediment to the progress of socialism.  

They are damned right about that.  It is.  

The Constitution was designed to be an impediment to socialism, or whatever flavor of Tyranny is afoot.

Has someone else called the sickness in Washington a coup d’état yet?  I don’t know and don’t care.  What I care about is that the illness has been diagnosed and that it will be addressed appropriately.
