This is going to far.  Saving the Earth from mythic global warming has become more important than military lives.  The Navy Secretary, Ray Mabus, has a plan.  He is going to paint the Navy green.  

He as advocating lower fossil fuel consumption, eco-fuels, hybrid vehicles, etc., etc., etc. for the Navy.   It’s one more reason to get sea sick.
