This is so sad.  I know you heard of the story already, but here is another fascinating take on it.  Portland, Oregon station KATU ran this story about a woman who received approval from the state for suicide medicine, but not health care medicine.  A member of Oregon’s ‘death panel’ speaks during part of the story.  Catch his best quote:  “That is not a question that we think about.”
