I finally had a few moments to listen to Sarah’s closing speech as governor. She confirmed what I’ve said over and over again. She’s going to win in 2012.
While I was listening to he speech, most of what I was doing was mentally putting her in a presidential debate with Obama. I was noting how her tone and attitude would come across when calling him on his BS. Obama got away with it during the debates with McCain in 2008. McCain couldn’t or wouldn’t address Obama’s lies and weaknesses directly.
Sarah will pick Obama apart in the debate in 2012 and do so very effectively. She is tough, resolute in her well considered conservative values, and unafraid to confront, just like Margaret Thatcher. I can hear Sarah scolding Obama in national TV already. She’ll win hands down and do so without coming across as bitchy.
Some folks were wondering if she’s going to run in 2012. Oh, yes. She can’t announce that she’s running because doing so affects tax laws and party rules and such. She’s too bright to screw up and give up the freedom she needs to pursue the highest office by “coming out” too soon.
The move to resign was politically brilliant. She skipped the lame duck year. She moved herself out of Alaska and into the lower 48 where she can campaign for president. She set Parnel up to win in 2010, thereby extending her administration up for at least one more term. She can go to work on the liberals in Congress for the 2010 elections and hopefully help bring conservative control to one of the Houses to help put an end to the current economic train wreck. It’s a win-win-win-win move. It’s like watching a chess master play someone who is no match for them. I feel a small sympathy for the weaker opponent who doesn’t see it coming.
I’ve read and listened to criticism about Sarah. When I google her in Google News everything is negative about her. Conservatives seem to be against her too.
Conservatives, hold your tongues. Stop undercutting her. She’s a lot brighter and more capable than you believe. Give her a chance to do her thing.
Sarah, you are the Great North Star that will guide us home out of the miserable wilderness of liberalism we find ourselves lost in today. You will pick up the journey where Ronald Reagan stopped. None of the other Republicans have what you have.
Stumble it!
